Perform secretarial and administrative duties including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, documentation to Agency Operation Management & the department.

- Assist in the preparation of analysis for reports
- Prepare presentation materials
- Assist in agency operation events
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree holder with major in Business Studies preferable
- At least 3 years’ administrative working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and coordination skills
- Mature and well-organized
- Good analytical and follow-up skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
