Responsibilities Manage operations and maintenance projects of Church-owned and Church-leased facilities within the assigned geographical boundary Work with vendors and contractors to ensure the projects are done timely and according to established Church guidelines Train, coach and support Church leaders to carry out Member Participation Program in the assigned geographical boundary Inspect facilities regularly to ensure meetinghouse facilities are maintained at the Church standards Prepare reports and analysis for the management’s review
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Management or a related field (Physical Plant Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc) preferred 5 years of facilities management experience or MBA with 2 years of experience in facilities, property management or related industry Strong business sense, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and local language Ability to work effectively in a team and build professional relationships with all levels of management Exhibits a strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines, highly responsible to commitments Good problem-solving skills, adaptable, flexible in a changing environment Highly detail-minded and excellent follow-up skills Good presentation skills Enjoy meeting new people, training leaders and employees Mature, independent, resourceful, self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
