Executive Assistant Apac Office Jobs Vacancy in Company Jobs Details:

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide executive assistantship support including organization of meetings, travel schedule management, agendas, bookings, phones screens and personal support
Organizes and coordinates the manager's activities in a structural manner.
Puts together and maintains files and aids for internal and external meetings, and drafts reports
Gathers, communicates, and dispatches information throughout the team
Handles the manager and division’s agendas
Anticipates, takes initiative, show team spirit and filters priorities
Carries out all activities while displaying a sense of service, availability, timeliness and responsiveness
Works alongside relevant networks to ensure smooth communication
Assist in organizing regional conferences and zone visit
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICIATIONS
At least 7 year in executive level support, preferably in a multinational company
Interact effectively
Strong experience in communications, including events organisation and editorial skills
Administrative skills: well organised, knows how to anticipate, quick, resilient and results oriented
People skills: independent, generous, good at networking and socializing, eager to help others, smiling and warm
Situational intelligence: capable of taking decisions or alerting when sees a potential risk
Project management skills (e.g. organising an event, proposing content for internal platforms, consolidating data)
Detail-oriented, proactive and has good working attitude
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Fluent Cantonese (French is a plus)
International experience / background /exposure preferred
