M1 Hotel is operating three special boutique hotels for modern travelers at Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and North Point, all situated near the MTR station, having a total of about 250 contemporary and stylish guest rooms, all equipped with free broadband WIFI service, in-room personal safe and minibar. Our dedication to offer intimate and thoughtful services receives promising responses from the guests, as well as winning the JCIs Innovative Entrepreneur Award in 2013.

Job Description

Handles the daily duties of the front office department.

Keeps satisfactory performance standards of the department.

Performs check in, check out and room allocation procedures for guests.

Room reservation data verification.

Cashing and payment collection control.

Hotel operation system report generation.

Handles guest enquiry and general customer servicing.

Sales of theme park tickets.

Requirements

Diploma or above in related disciplines.

Sound relevant experience in hotel front desk operation, administration and customer services.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Shift duty including overnight shift is required.

Knowledge of Opera / Oasis are preferred.

Independent, team-work spirit, careful and able to handle challenges.
