Job Descriptions :
Provide full administrative support
Liaise with internal and external parties on operation related matters
Documentation handling
Responsible for cheque payment & filling
Prepare invoices & reports for accounting department
Work with sales team for general clerical duties

Requirement :
Experience in sales and general administration is preferred
Accurate and fast input
Preferably with basic accounting knowledge and experience
Details oriented and team player
Excel, Word, Powerpoint capable
