What part will you play?

The HR Admin will provide administrative support to Asia Pacific HR team. This position will be exposed to all HR functions - not only handle the administrative processes but also help us improve them. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated and proactive team member who will help us continue to improve the Turner employee experience.

What will you be doing?

Serve as regional learning administrator. Oversee the training sessions set up and tracking.

Coordinate monthly HR communications

Assist with new hire orientation, employee events & other HR programs.

Coordinate logistics of meetings & training such as conference room bookings, reservations, meeting invites & catering.

Maintain and update the HR section of the intranet as requested

HR Department invoice processing

Handle all department administration such as office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, mail, letter requests, etc

Maintain personnel files and conduct annual audits to ensure all required documents are on file

HR Projects as assigned

What do we require from you?

Bachelor degree

Computer whiz at Microsoft office, other programs a plus!

1-2 years’ experience working in a HR team preferred, new grads are welcome to apply

Fluency in English required, Cantonese preferred & Mandarin a plus
