Assistant Administrative Officer Jobs Vacancy in Hong Kong Electro Plating Merchants Association Limited Jobs Details:
Our association is formerly known as Hong Kong & Kowloon Electro-plating Trade Merchants Association established in December, 1948.The major affair is to establish a good relationship between members and their customers. We also hire the duty counsel in Hong Kong and the Mainland. If in necessary, we provide legal guidance to the members. We also hire tax consultants in Hong Kong and China for providing tax guidance. Technical information Department is to collect new plating technology, clean production - consumption reduction, pollution reduction, emission reduction and efficiency enhancement data. Introducing the related information to the members in web or seminars. We organize international electro-plating exhibition to give a marketing platform to the members.
Handle different event projects independently, such as organizing ceremonies, annual dinners, annual general meeting, factory visits in China, seminars, exhibitions, conference and business tour;
Handle secretariat and administrative tasks, including organize meetings, confirm attendance and take minutes;
Handle daily administration duties, including reply any enquiries from phone calls, faxes, e-mails and website updates;
Execute project work plans;
Any ad hoc tasks.
Diploma/ Degree holder with 1 year relevant working experience;
Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua & English;
Good Chinese and English writing;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Good PC knowledge in MS office, PowerPoint and Chinese inputting method;
Occasional travel to Mainland or overseas required;
LCCI qualification, Peachtree or equivalent accounting knowledge is preferred but not required;
Hard working, good team player and have a strong sense of responsibility. Can follow up daily tasks independently and proactively. Need to work overtime during peak season;
Immediate availability is preferred;
Working hour: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; alternate Saturday 9am-12:30pm;
Salary: 11000-14000 HKD/ per month.
