We are searching for an Office / Admin Manager who will support general daily operations of our Hong Kong office within the firm. In addition, this person will assist in supporting the broader brokerage team with policy administration and communication with our overseas departments in the United States.
Oversee general day-to-day operations of the office
Make travel arrangement and manages office calendar, guest/client visits, conference room set-up
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are involved and paid on time
Prepare office budgets,monitor and control on the office expenses
Assists with clerical work and policy administration for the brokerage team
Assists with offsite and onsite meetings and other special events that may include logistic organization, catering needs, material preparation and may include travel
Closely liaise and coordinate with overseas departments
Assist with office compliance matters
Handle Ad-Hoc projects and assignments
Minimum 8 years relevant working experience is preferable
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Team player who work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well organized, and responsible
High Attention to Detail and problem solving skills
Immediate availability is preferable
Basic understanding of re/insurance is preferred but not required
