Bachelor degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or any related disciplines At least 4 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, revenue forecast and product development, exposure in retailing would be an advantage Solid business acumen and proven capability in identifying issues and proposing practical business solution Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis Proficient in SAS Excellent partnership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English Conduct price elasticity analysis, competitive study and market assessment Assist in developing Merchandise pricing strategy and price recommendations Partner with Merchandise Operations on a day to day basis to identify opportunities to improve the Merchandise profitability Compile forecasts and reports of revenue and related Key Performance Indicators Predict and measure the performance of promotions and other revenue initiatives Develop detailed revenue plan for Merchandise for Five Year Plan (FYP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
