We would like to invite high caliber candidates for the following vacancy:
Managing designated principal / client service teams
Responsible for development of team members
Maintain close relationship with principal
Provide guidance to team in handling daily inventory /supply chain matter for assigned principals
Monitor inventory level and abnormal activities and make decision to ensure smooth operations
Provide team with support in dealing with other departments and principals
Monitor daily operations and responsible for workload allocation and planning
Searching for improvement opportunities for higher efficiency and control
Degree level orof degree caliber. Supply chain, logistics management or related disciplines will be an advantage
Preferably with 5 years related experience including 2 years at supervisory or junior management position
Skillful in managing top tier principals/clients to providing excellence service
Management and leadership experience, with a proven management style focused on coaching and team work
Assertive, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong written and oral communications skill with ability to inspire and motivate
High proficiency in Excel
Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health care an advantage
Supply chain, warehouse logistics management or related disciplines will be an advantage
