Provide professional reception services
Greet in a good manner and handle inquires
Handle and transfer incoming calls with professional customer service, also determine the purpose of the calls
Manage the courier and mail deliveries and approach responsible parties
Organize and schedule appointments of office administration, such as meeting room arrangement, maintain office stationary inventory, water and refreshment supplies, etc.
Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, scanning, composing memo and letters
Responsible for keeping the lobby and pantry neat and tidy, including refilling the refreshments to the appropriate place
Support office daily operations
Handle any ad hoc tasks
Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above, major in Business Administration or other related disciplines
1-2 years of experience of Administration / Receptionist
Proficient in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good command in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-mined, quick learner, responsible and able to work under pressure
Good team player but able to work independently
