RISE TO THE CHALLENGE We are seeking a talented individual to drive supplier service levels while minimizing the risks on business results and aligning sustainable processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Define and implement best-in-class, standardized Logistics processes for RRP providing excellent Logistics services to all internal and external customers ensuring the highest quality service and supply security along the Supply Chain meeting business requirements and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Support definition and implementation of Logistics Strategies, focusing on network optimization in order to realize synergies, promote sharing and learning opportunities, ensuring warehousing space and transportation flexibility while minimizing costs through regular tenders. - Propose and support the implementation of Logistics Improvements focusing on Productivity and future cost benefits.
Identify and promote implementation of Best Practice Sharing among all affiliates. - Manage relationship with Logistics teams in Affiliates, according to the defined model, and ensure alignment of Logistics processes across RRP organization. - Support relationship with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) for ocean, air and overland transportation as well as warehousing on operation topics. Support procurement of Logistics services providing meaningful data.
- Support preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts. - Provide cost estimates for warehousing and transportation solutions. - Develop, implement and manage meaningful KPIs for transportation and warehousing. Support implementation of improvements of Logistics invoicing process and other systems to optimize use of resources.
- Ensure that Tolling model principles, where applicable, are clear to all relevant business partners and escalate to RRP SC Management in case of misalignment. File properly all relevant information in accordance with Tolling Repository guidelines providing evidence of the strategic and entrepreneurial role of RRP SC. Support and contribute to all data collection related to all audits. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: - A College/University Bachelor degree of International Business / Logistics & Operations Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent is required.
- 5 > years of experience in a multinational consumer electronics company - Good knowledge of SAP, Excellent MS Office skills, including creation & analysis of large databases in Excel, and SharePoint. - Open-minded, team oriented and collaborative, while utilizing your tactful and diplomatic negotiation skills when necessary.
