Office of MBA and MiM Programmes
The CUHK Business School, a leading global business school in Hong Kong, seeks to appoint a candidate to the position of Project Co-ordiantor II in the Office of MBA and MiM Programmes. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 1963, the CUHK Business School has gained world recognition of nurturing business leaders with immense contributions in Asia Pacific. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (MBA, MSc, EMBA, MPhil and PhD) with over 4,600 students, as well as executive education. As a pioneering business school in Asia, it has one of the most extensive alumni networks in the region, with over 34,000 alumni around the world. To cope with the development of this new initiative, a high-calibre and experienced professional is now invited to join the Programmes.

Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Executive, Project Administration’) (CUHK Business School)
The appointee will play an important role in working with a dynamic team leading the rapid development of the Programmes. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the appointee will be responsible for (a) administering academic and student matters; (b) performing general administrative duties, including answering enquiries, preparing correspondences, maintaining records and arranging logistics; (c) assisting in office management; (d) providing support for admission-related activities, orientation programme and academic activities; and (e) performing other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work irregular hours, including weekend.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification administrative and/or customer service/marketing experience; (iii) a good command of both English and Chinese (including a working knowledge of Putonghua); (iv) project management skills; (v) proficiency in computer applications; (vi) strong communication and interpersonal skills; (vii) strong service orientation; (viii) strong organisational skills and analytical capability; and (ix) the ability to handle multitasking and work independently as well as in a team and under pressure.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing in June 2018 or as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
