Suggest creative ideas to enhance corporate image
To set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated to perform their duties and contribute to the team
To analyze financial figures and evaluate market trends
Lead and motivate district manager to develop and plan periodic, seasonal and festive menus to meet customer desires
Review the operation processes to control costs, improve productivity and efficiency
Assist in marketing and promotions of outlets
To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
Ensure smooth daily operations and sufficient inventory level
Prepare menu and business forecast
Perform training needs analysis and carry out customer service training to front line staff
Identify the needs of customers and causes of customers compliments and complaints
Report to the Operations Director
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years managerial experience from asizeable business;
Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and able to work under pressure;
Fluent English、Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus
Sport lover is highly preferable
