Wealth Management Analyst Program Overview
Our three-year intensive development program will give you exposure and insight into our Global Wealth Management strategy, products and business groups. It is designed to develop the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for you to build a successful, dynamic and long term career within Wealth Management. On joining the firm, you will participate in J.P. Morgan’s world class Global Asset & Wealth Management Training Program, which runs for up to four weeks in New York with colleagues from all over the world. This training program is the perfect introduction to J.P. Morgan as it immerses you into our business strategy, structure and values, as well as allowing you to develop a global network of peers and senior leaders. Once you return to Asia and throughout the three-year non-rotational program, you will receive structured training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, access to Asset Management University, exposure to senior management, as well as numerous development opportunities, to enable you to advance toward your career goals. As you progress in the program, you will assume significant responsibility by interacting with senior experts in the field and working directly with our clients. Lending Solutions Analysts support the Lending Solutions team to develop credit solutions to assist clients in financing or extracting liquidity from single stock positions, properties, aircrafts and other illiquid assets. They will be familiarized with all credit products the bank offers and will be responsible for deal structuring and execution, getting heavily involved with credit analysis, due diligence, preparing credit proposals, as well as reviewing and negotiating credit documentations.
Minimum GPA of 3.2.
