To cope with our business development and expansion, we invite dynamic, energetic and qualified candidate to fill the following position: -
Handle the customer enquiries & complaints by phone, emails and live chats on social media channels (facebook, WeChat etc) independently
Identify the cause of complicated complaints, follow the case progress and escalate to upper level when necessary
Communicate with different parties (e.g. supplier, logistic)for case solution and service improvement
Collect feedback from customers and make recommendations for continuous service enhancement
Analyze data and generate reports for supervisor
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
High diploma or above
3 years customer service experience with online and social media exposure
Independent, customer-oriented, pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Customer Care Centre
