A well-established Fashion and or Trading Company located in Wanchai, we are looking for below post.

Perform reception duties including guests greeting, booking hotel, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned

Job requirement:
F.5 or above and two years working experience
Proficiency in Email, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Excellent communication skills and social skills.
Highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented and can take initiative
Keen attention to detail
