Workplace Analyst Jobs Vacancy in Aecom Jobs Details:
Purpose of role: to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business plans and ensure that property strategies are aligned with the client’s strategic direction, while also managing the client relationship as interface to the Strategy Plus team and wider AECOM.

+ Space Rationalization
+ Strategy led consolidation Reviews and Transaction Advisory
+ Location Analysis
+ Workplace Efficiency Reviews
+ Assist development of location strategies for business units
+ Think strategically and identify the next level of space & workplace strategy
+ Assist client to optimize client’s physical workplace
+ Ensure alignment of projects with the client’s workplace program (e.g. agile/innovative space implementation)
+ Support the client team with the preparation of management presentations and reports
+ Work closely with the client teams from Regional Portfolio Management, Regional Design and Construction and Location Premises Management to roll out strategy
+ Portfolio and space management analytics with key focus on seat supply and demand, liaising with client’s regional and in country teams
+ Observe changes in business headcount projections and its implications to the client’s portfolio in order for the client to react timely to real estate changes, including:
+ Key real estate initiatives & updates
+ Monthly building vacancy report
+ Quarterly portfolio management report
+ Support global and regional reporting initiatives
+ Active client management and interface back to AECOM
+ Adhere to AECOM management systems
+ Minimum 5 years working experience in interior design / corporate real estate consulting / workplace consultancy or portfolio management, financial sector experience a bonus
+ First degree in social sciences, architecture, design, business, change management, or similar that covers the relationship between space and behaviours. A postgraduate education, or similar experience, that combines these areas and builds cross-disciplinary insight is ideal
+ Experience supporting corporate real estate functions
+ Experience and knowledge of the end-to-end real estate project process
+ Essential language: English. Cantonese not essential but an advantage
+ Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CAFM Archibus software
+ ACAD not essential but an advantage
+ Demonstrate high level of commercial and financial acumen both during the development of strategies and the presentation to client management

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills in writing and speaking
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Strong analytical skills with business acumen
