They are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate to support their Supply Chain team with CS administration duties.

Job Description

  • Responsible for CS administration duties including for team support and regular report maintenance
  • Review, consolidate and generate sales report (using SAP)
  • Manage and update the database, including data-entry and master file maintenance
  • Handle customer orders, delivery, invoicing and make price approval request
  • Responsible for inventory analysis and reconciliation
  • Handle internal and external communications with clients and teams
  • Handle other administrative work as required

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of related CS admin experience, in Healthcare/ IT/ Engineering industries is highly preferred
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, mature thinking and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Proficient in SAP is a must. Good use of MS Office, including Work, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
