Our client is a listed company with growing FB business, which operatesvarious standalone restaurants with different kinds of cuisine in Hong Kong. To cope with line expansion, they are inviting ahighcalibreperson tojoin as Executive Assistant to COO
Job Description

Manage and maintain Executive schedules. Assist COO in all matters including personal matters business correspondence
Support management meetings including preparing meeting materials, agenda and minutes. Follow up tasks after the meetings
Process daily correspondence including letters, emails, memos and reports
To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives
To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor the progress of projects and deadlines
Plan and make travel arrangements
To supply information (where appropriate) concerning the General Managers current business matters
Supervise and assist department administrators and clerical team member over their daily duties, in particular administrative and daily office operating issues
Establish and maintain effective employee relations
Handle any other tasks/projects as assigned by Dept. Head
Prepare and update department chart

Requirements

Bachelors/ Masters degree or above with strong academic background
At least 5 years of experience gainedinan international five star hotel in working with top executives
Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsible, independent, self-motivated, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
