Provide full range of secretarial support to the management team on daily operations
Monitor and prepare relevant reports accordingly and timely
Co-ordinate with internal management team members and provide support when in need of assistance, including all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and business related activities
Schedule regular and ad hoc management meetings, prepare and produce high quality and accurate agenda and minutes
Monitor and respond to enquiries including mails or phone call, addressing to JCR management team for appropriate services
Ensure a good communication with all business partners (including JCR, Maxims Group and external business partners)
Assist in the coordination of projects, internal and external programs or events etc.
Liaise with relevant parties on business related travel arrangements
Arrange meeting rooms and facilities for internal and external meetings as requested, and in advance for recurring meetings.
Perform any other duties as assigned
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Company Secretarial or other related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years working experience as a coordinator, personal assistant or administrative role
Experience in diary management, travel arrangement and have good telephone manner is a plus
Conversational English and fluent in Cantonese
Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Immediately available is preferred
