Store Planning Manager, Asia Pacific (Luxury Fashion House)
Our client is a globally recognized fashion house with steady business growth in the region. This is an expansion hire in the Regional Store Planning Team in Hong Kong.
This incumbent will be responsible for guiding and managing all aspects of projects relating to the development of new stores, renovations and refit of existing stores the region which starts from discussing and approving designs to completing the build. He/she will attend all meetings with designers, landlords, contractors and external consultants; oversee all contractual issues and cost issues; lay down all project schedules, capex, contracts and appointment of contractors; and oversee the smooth implementation and site checks. Moreover, he/she will regularly keep relevant/regional senior executives as well as internal/relevant project team members updated on all matters relating to current projects in progress in their regions and then produce the punch list after completion for direct reporting to overseas headquarters. Moreover, the incumbent will serve as an experienced lead to internal teams in Hong Kong and the HQ.
