The companys interests span a range of sectors including garment, agriculture, real estate, energy, entertainment, capital markets, amongst others. To cope with our long-term and aggressive global expansion plans, we are inviting high calibre candidates to apply for the following position.
Acting as the head of food business operation and development, with full P L responsibility as per annual budget.
Overall management including cost and budget control, production, daily operations, sales and marketing, market penetration, distribution channels, branding and business negotiation etc.
Engaging in any ad hoc projects as per the management and strategic needs.
Degree holder with academic training/qualification on finance and accounting.
Experienced in P L responsibility, with strong sense of budget plan.
Senior management level, with over 20 years of international working experience gained from sizable companies, including those in food related industries.
All round management experience in cost and budget control, production, operations, sales and marketing, market penetration, distribution channels, branding and business negotiation etc.
Result-orientated with strong influencing skills, capable of leading and managing a wide range of strategic projects while keeping a pragmatic hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills with English and Mandarin.
Can adapt to various cultural environments while managing teams in various regions.
Familiar with environment and culture in PRC.
