Prepare of facility letter, loan and security documents
Dispatch of credit facilities
Perform credit limit control and ensure all credit terms and conditions are in compliance with credit approval as well as credit policy
Prepare related reports for local and Head Office management
Performing AML screening and CDD among the scope of work
Perform user acceptance test for system implementation
Ad hoc projects/matters
Post-secondary education, diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year working experience in corporate credit administration (Fresh graduate of degree holder in banking related discipline will also be considered)
With knowledge in banking practice and legal aspects
Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferable
