Accounts And Admin Officer Part Time Full Based Office Jobs Vacancy in Human Resource Services Jobs Details:
- Maintain GL, AP and AR using accounting system
- Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecast and annual budget
- Assist in HR and Payroll related matters
- Handle general office admin duties
- Perform accurate filling and documentation
- Assist in organizing company/team events
- Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects
- Form 7 and above education
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of using payroll software and MYOB is advantageous
