Shama has been operating properties across prime commercial and residential districts in gateway cities across the Asia-Pacific region, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Bangkok. To cope with our continued expansion, we are searching for passionate high calibre candidates to join our team.
Handling of check in and check out procedures such as meet and greet, payment collection, luggage handling and rooming
Handling incoming calls, tenant general enquiries, sales enquiries viewing appointments
To carry out daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; and overseeing of check in and out documents
In coordination with Team Leader, Housekeeping handling of room assignments for housekeepers and coordinating with sales
Ensure the stock level of all goodies, amenities, inventory and cleaning supplies are accurate and aligned with TMS/Product system
Regular coaching of Coordinator, Guest Services
Assist supervisors to check room preparations prior to check in and on all administration works whenever necessary
Any other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager/Manager, Operations as and when deem fit
Diploma or higher preferable in hospitality management
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and the Outlook
1-2 years in customer service/ hospitality experience
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Executive
Willing to work on shift is required
Immediately available is highly preferred
