Our client, a Multinational Organization, is currently searching for high caliber professional to join as : -

1. 6 Months Contract - Yau Ma Tei
2. Permanent - Causeway Bay

Requirements : -

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree in any disciplines
Some working experience, preferably in Servicing / HR field
Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities : -

Provide support to the team in HR & Office Admin function
Carry out general administrative duties such as procurement and maintenance of office equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing calls / emails
Prepare reports and calculation of salary
Perform human resource duties, including recruitment, leave and attendance administrative, maintain personnel database and filing records
Assist in ad-hoc projects
